In 2016 we raised and we were able to give the charities almost $25K! This year we have set the goal higher – help us pass the $30k mark for our chosen charities!
We work together to make a difference for our local area. By contributing to our concert efforts, either by donations, contributions, or just enjoying the event, you help the local panhandle area. Thank you for being a part of something great!
CHARITIES: Here are the four charities that we will support this year:
- Alaqua Animal Refuge
- The Sonder Project
- The Muskogee Nation of Florida
- Children’s Volunteer Health Network
PERFORMERS: Here is the line up:
- 5 PM – 6:30 PM – Chris Alvarado, Scott Rockwood, & John Reinlie
- 6:30 PM – 10 PM – Exclusive Weekend Performance by First Note & Friends. Nashville Artists Join Local 30A Artists. Performers include: Lindsey Thompson, Anthony Peebles, Jamie Kent, Will Thompson, Eric Erdmann and others. Also there will be a SPECIAL PERFORMANCE by 30A’s own TIM JACKSON!
FOOD DRIVE: Every year we collect nonperishable foods. Help us by bringing a can or two of food to help our local food banks. This food goes to help low income senior citizens and families put healthy food on their tables.
MARKET: Market opens at 5 PM
Silent Auction: We have a wonderful selection of items that will be available for bidding. Bidding will start at 5 PM and end at 9 PM. A preview of some of the items is available on our home page and on FaceBook. Winning Bids MUST be paid for at the Event. In case of bidder not being present/claiming bid, Event Staff will contact next person on the bidding sheet.
Raffles: Raffle prizes will be drawn throughout the evening, starting at 6:30 PM. The Grand Prizes will be drawn at 9 PM – Some of the Grand Prizes include a Men’s Bike and a Women’s Bike from Big Daddy Bikes. Each of the Bikes will be drawn separately and are valued at $800 each. Winners MUST be present to win. If number drawn is not claimed, another number will be drawn.
