Easy On 30A, Inc. is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization located on scenic 30A that works together with the WaterColor community, local organizations and musicians to put together an annual benefit concert that supports local charitable organizations in the scenic 30A area of Florida. Easy on 30A was founded in 2012 by Beth and Randy Carroll with an idea of bringing musicians together to highlight the great talent along 30A and to bring community awareness to charities in the area.
Easy On 30A is presented and supported by the WaterColor Homeowners Association. They graciously allow the use of Marina Park to bring this FREE concert to area residents and visitors to the 30A community

Randy has lived, worked or played along the Emerald Coast for over 30 years and has a true passion for real estate. Prior to becoming a Licensed Realtor with Distinctive Collection of Luxury Homes by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, he was responsible for software sales in the computer technology industry. Over time his responsibilities included being the Director of Sales at both IBM and HP for sales teams responsible for selling Software to the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Intelligence Community and U.S. Civilian Agencies. Six years ago Randy along with his wife Beth co-founded Easy On 30A to showcase local musical talent to 30A to help some very worthy charities and give guests and homeowners along 30A something to do every July 3rd to kick start the July 4th holiday. Randy has four grown sons that love our beaches almost as much as he does. You will see Randy and his black Lab, Gunner, daily in his Jeep along the Emerald Coast. He would appreciate you stopping him to say “hi”!
Kelleen Schuster is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the WaterColor Community Association where she is on her second term as Board President. Previously, she served as Board Treasurer and is an active member of the Finance Committee, Enhancement Committee and Design Review Board. Kelleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University. Her professional career has been with companies such as GE, Philips, and Fuji in the diagnostic imaging sector. Kelleen is a certified GE Six Sigma Black Belt. She and her husband Marc split their time between their homes in Cleveland, Ohio and WaterColor.
Matthew Howard joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 1989 and currently serves as senior partner in the firm’s Captive, Estate Planning, and Tax Departments. Matthew specializes in both Micro Captives and Estate Planning and has served as an active member of the Estate and Gift Tax Committee of the American Bar Association Tax Section since 1996. In addition, he heads up the firm’s Tax Litigation Department, handling disputes for individuals and corporations before the Internal Revenue Service, as well as litigating against the Commissioner of Internal Revenue Service in the United States Tax Court and the Department of Justice in United States District Court. Matthew stays involved in the firm’s larger merger and acquisition transactions, providing valuable tax advice to either the purchaser or seller. As of 2016, MIJS Captive Management, LLC manages over 120 small captive insurance companies domiciled in Alabama, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Montana, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, and Utah for privately held businesses throughout the United States. MIJS Captive Management, LLC is a member of Self-Insurance Institute of America, Inc. (“SIIA”) and is actively involved in legislative issues involving captives. Born in Columbus, Ohio, September 28, 1960, Matthew was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1989 after receiving his Economics degree from Vanderbilt University in 1984, and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Matthew transferred to Emory University Law School to complete his third year of law school and to obtain his Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation in addition to his law degree. Matthew and his wife, Suzanne, are members of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and are involved with Whitefield Academy, where their younger children attend. Their lives are filled with the activities of their five children: Taylor, Patrick, Charlotte, Noah, and Jordan, and their four English Labradors.
